In cooperation with the <span style="font-weight: bold;">Galeries Lafayette Berlin</span> and <span style="font-weight: bold;">Esmod Berlin</span>, <span style="font-weight: bold;">CREATE BERLIN </span>is presenting 5 young Berlin Fashion labels with first international achievements during the <span style="font-weight: bold;">fashion fair Prêt-à-Porter</span> with the <span style="font-weight: bold;">platform</span> for young and upcoming labels <span style="font-weight: bold;">Casabo</span> to an international professional audience and the media. On invitation by the fashion fair Prêt-à-Porter Casabo Paris, <span style="font-weight: bold;">CREATE BERLIN</span> is sending the project <span style="font-weight: bold;">"Labo Mode"</span> on a journey <span style="font-weight: bold;">"...from Berlin to Paris"</span>. <span style="font-weight: bold;">"Labo Mode"</span> is an initiative by the Galeries Lafayette Berlin in collaboration with Esmod Berlin, which has been providing young designers with the chance to present their collections on a specially designed floor at the Galeries Lafayette Berlin since 2003. With over 40,000 visitors and a portfolio of 5,000 fashion brands, the Prêt-à-Porter ranks among the biggest fashion fairs worldwide. <span style="font-weight: bold;">CREATE BERLIN</span> works with existing formats in a new context and successfully collaborates with numerous project partners. 2007 gründeten Moritz Böttcher und Sören Henssler ihr Studio böttcher+henssler in Berlin. Beide arbeiten in den Bereichen Produkt-, Interior und Kommunikationsdesign. Bereits im Studium erhielten sie den iF product design award und den red dot design award. Ihre Produkte sind bei Herstellern wie ANTA und LoeweVonAppen zu finden.

Moritz Böttcher (1978) studierte Produkt-Design an der Fachhochschule Hannover. Nach seinem Diplom, in Kooperation mit Dornbracht, arbeitete er für npk industrial design und Barskidesign. Später arbeitete er zwei Jahre für Werner Aisslinger.

Sören Henssler (1974) studierte Produkt-Design an der Fachhochschule Hannover und am Politecnico di Milano. Seine Projekte wurden mit dem red dot design award 2002, einer Anerkennung beim Lucky Strike Junior Designer Award 2005 und dem iF concept award 2006 ausgezeichnet.
