FIER_on_FILM: Berlin Fashion Film Festival

03.07.2012 - 08.07.2012

The first edition of FIER_on_FILM, Berlin’s fashion film festival, will be launched during the upcoming Berlin Fashion Week. The festival, curated by some of the most influential characters of the international creative scene, groups together the most outstanding short-film directors and emerging fashion talent of our generation.

FIER_on_FILM presents fashion in an innovative way, combining film and fashion presentations. The event will consist in screening a selected range of fashion short films juxtaposed with the live presentation of garments, in order to provide an introduction to interactive fashion films. The screening will be followed by drinks and music, giving the audience the chance to get to know the filmmakers, designers and their collections.

The selection of fashion shorts is curated by major international creative players, including Vogue.it, Esmod Berlin and Sugarhigh.

Following the event, the fashion shorts will be screened across Berlin throughout the duration of Berlin
Fashion Week, and on selected websites, providing visibility to the emerging filmmakers and fashion
designers presented.
